Combining high-pulley lat pulldowns with low-row exercises, this plate-loaded cable station provides versatile training for the back, shoulders, arms and upper body while maintaining a compact home-gym footprint.

Lat Pulldown & Low Row Training

Switch between the 42.5" pulldown bar and 15" low-row bar for exercises such as lat pulldowns, seated rows and other compatible cable movements.

1" & 2" Weight Plate Compatibility

Included adapters allow the loading system to accommodate compatible 1-inch standard and 2-inch Olympic-style weight plates, giving you more flexibility with your existing equipment.

Up to 110 lbs of Plate Resistance

The dual-sided loading system supports up to 55 lbs per side for a 110 lb total maximum counterweight, allowing resistance to be adjusted as your training progresses.

4-Level Adjustable Seat

The padded seat adjusts from 16.5" to 20" high across four positions to accommodate different users and exercise setups.

Flip-Up Footplate

A wide, non-slip 90° flip-up footplate provides support during low-row exercises and folds away when not needed.
