Bring versatile upper-body cable training home with the Soozier Lat Pulldown & Low Row Machine. Combining high-pulley lat exercises with a dedicated low-row station, this plate-loaded machine supports a variety of back, shoulder and arm exercises while offering compatibility with both standard and Olympic-style weight plates.

Lat Pulldown & Low Row Training

The dual-pulley design supports lat pulldowns, seated rows and other cable-based exercises, giving you multiple ways to target upper-body strength from one compact station.

1" & 2" Weight Plate Compatibility

Included adapters allow the loading posts to accommodate compatible 1-inch standard and 2-inch Olympic-style weight plates, providing flexibility with your existing home gym equipment.

Up to 110 lbs of Plate Resistance

Load up to 55 lbs per side for a maximum stated counterweight of 110 lbs total, allowing resistance to be adjusted as your training needs change.

4-Level Adjustable Seat

The padded seat adjusts from 16.5 to 20 inches high across four positions to accommodate different users and exercise setups.

Flip-Up Footplate

A wide 90-degree flip-up, non-slip footplate provides support during low-row exercises and folds away when not needed.
