Build a versatile strength-training station at home with the IFAST 1000 lb Multi-Function Power Rack. Constructed from heavy-duty 2" × 2" steel uprights, this rack combines barbell training, pull-ups, dips, and high- and low-pulley exercises in one space-efficient system.

Heavy-Duty Steel Power Rack

The thickened steel frame provides a stable foundation for squats, bench presses, deadlifts, rack exercises, and other strength-training movements.

High & Low Pulley Training

The integrated high and low pulley system expands your workout options beyond traditional barbell exercises. Use the included attachments for compatible lat pulldowns, rows, curls, triceps exercises, and other cable movements.

Steel-coated cable and chrome guide components are designed to provide smooth movement throughout compatible exercises.

12 Adjustable Positions

With 12 height settings, you can reposition the bar supports and safety bars to accommodate different exercises and user heights.
